Above and beyond service. Golf cart sat one year. They brought back batteries to like new. Fixed broken axel on mini golf cart.( A cricket sw3 model bought in 2007.

Steering was real loose on my Club Car. They pinpointed the cause over the phone. (Needs new bushings) Price quoted by phone was the price I paid. No inflated invoice. Same day pick up, next day return. Excellent repair, superb customer service. Thanks Gordon!!!

The refurbished Club Car we bought was in excellent condition. Gordon and Wendy were very nice to work with, and even delivered a new battery (and installed it) when one of the new batteries failed. They are my first choice when I buy another golf cart.

When I had a problem with my golf cart they picked it up within an hour had the parts in stock and repaired it the same day. The price was reasonable. While the cart was in for repair the check out the whole cart and found a couple of other issues I was unaware of and had repaired them as part of the service. Very friendly, service was great. I will definitely be using them in the future.

LOVE the clean orderly showroom! They give free warranty on our cart we purchased from them. Their local so they just drive over and pick it up if there is an issue then deliver it to your front door when done. We love our his and hers carts. Very reliable and we got a good fair price for them. I would purchase from them again.

This review will be a bit longer, as we have had several wonderful interactions with this company. We purchased a home here in SCC and an older golf cart came with the home. Our first need was when one battery went bad, I went to four golf cart dealers asking to purchase a used battery to match the age of the batteries in the cart. This is the only business that would sell me a used battery. I was treated very rudely at the largest dealer by a "I am in charge male" and will never return to that dealership. Then two years ago, the cart really could use new tires, but it is only used say 10 times a year, it is older, and I did not want to put new tires on it. So I called, and Wendy said there were several sets of used tires, "to come on up and look," and a great almost new looking set of tires, with like new rims, were installed at half price. While the cart was getting tires, I was taken to the back and listened to one of the front tire bearings growling, it needed replacement, and it was done quickly at what I thought was a very reasonable charge, as the cart was already in the shop, jacked up, with the tire off. This season it was finally time for new batteries. I called five local dealers here in town, and this dealership quoted a much lower price for the six - eight volt name brand batteries compared to the other dealerships, and fully $150.00 below the large dealership where I was treated rudely as outlined above. Installation, pick up and delivery included in the low price. I asked the cart be looked over for other problems, and two issues were discovered. At two different times, Wendy called explaining the problems. On the first occasion I did not fully understand so I went to the dealership, and Gordan spent some time explaining why new bushings were needed in the suspension system. He also took time to help me understand other areas I should be watchful for an older cart. Because of their inspection, a faulty Potentiometer was found, and replacing the faulty part has added about 5 MPH more top speed. My thought for any person reading this review, is this dealership really cares for it's customers, and more of the dealerships in the area should hire management with the touch of a female that Wendy brings to this business. It is spotless clean run by honest people. I would give it ten stars if I could. Tom Arthur

Club Car of Sun City was formerly known as Ray’s Golf Carts. Ray’s Golf Carts have been in and around the Sun City Center/Ruskin/Wimauma communities since 2000. Originally known as Rudy’s Golf Carts , then Ray’s Golf Carts and now is Club Car of Sun City. The main reason for the latest name change was to advertise the fact that we will are Sun City Center’s ONLY Factory Authorized Club Car Dealer. The store has been in various locations from Wimauma to Sun City Center and were planning on staying put for a while.
